Cause I played since release ~few games in 1-2 days ususally. And I won only 1 tank game since that time. I’m a rookie player - so I’m wondering are there games for rookie players? Cause I saw my teammates and enemies are 2+ranks higher usually and I’m feeling like I can`t do anything - opponents are just better in positioning, aiming, strategy and grouping up.
I just want to finish that challenge where you need to win 3 games as a tank. I’m using other recommended people builds, adapting to counter smth like Zarya, shields, cleanse, trying different tanks and builds… doesn’t help unfortunately. Still at 1/3 :с
It takes at least 10 matches on a role before your stadium mmr starts to get you where you belong.
Since the mmr there starts from nothing, the first games will be wildly inaccurate at times as the mmr is testing you against easier and harder enemies to figure out where you belong.

Yeah matches are all over the place
Few times I even saw All-stars and Pro Tanks against me ( checked profiles after stomp)…uh…wait a sec. If they are already that level ( meaning they climbed, took many hours and were calibrated), why are they matched against me? For them MM should be proper already, isn’t it so?

But yours isn’t. The mm is checking if your skill is better or worse than these players whose mmr has been calculated.
If you don’t know a number, you need to ask if it’s bigger or smaller than 100. Then you ask again when you know the direction.
If your number ends up being 30, there’s a lot of “is it greater than?” Questions for the mm before you end up in those mmr 30 matches.
(Numbers are not accurate and used as possible examples to explain the system as i have understood it)

It’s painful, but when you get through it it’ll get better.
Happened to me in my first ever comp placements. Suddenly diamonds in the enemy team, nothing i could do there…
