does turning off some graphic setting help u or should i run max settings if im not getting fps lose?
drop everything as low as it can go, off it can go off. then slowly increase your settings one at a time and test them out
if you have a very good computer just set everything on max.
If you can run it, enjoy it, if the games looks good to you and you can run it well then go for it.
Unless you want max performance possible then, turn everything off and go low settings
I personally think shadows are the heaviest graphical thing, even texture from low to middle doesn’t do so bad
If your computer can handle it, might as well.
There are gameplay advantages to turning every to minimum, less visual noise, easier to keep track of everything that is happening around you.
Render scale should be set to 100% not auto.
Dynamic Reflections is the only real setting with a heavy impact on fps.
Everything else can be ran on ultra assuming semi-decent gpu.
Not true. Even the pros who tend to have extremely beefy PCs will play everything on low settings, because frames > graphics, and input lag gets worse the higher your graphics settings are.
Plus Overwatch is a game that looks good even on low settings.
No it doesnt what kind of crack you on LMAO
And that’s not true because my friend has an extremely beefy computer and she can play overwatch on everything max, and run dead by daylight on everything max ontop of eachother with no lag along with fullscreen. So no excuse there. And Id rather have MY games look beautiful as ever then looking disgusting
That’s their personal choice, and sure, you can still have high frames with high graphics if your computer is powerful enough, but it still increases input lag, and even powerful computers will still drop frames during teamfights with those settings, which puts you at a disadvantage. Anyone who wants to be competitive will always set their graphics to the lowest possible.
not anyone lol, Once my friend gives me her pc then ill keep everything maxed out no matter what.
Sure you can do that, I’m just saying that if you want to keep stable frames, then low graphics is the best way to do that, even if you have a good PC.
Depends what you’ve got. Set everything at max and tone down shadows/dynamic shadows first, then particle effects or whatever the setting is called. Also make sure you’re not just standing still when testing the effect your changes have. My framerate has gone from 160 to 80 in spawn if I look at certain things/directions.
Course this all depends on what you want. I prefer high fps at a high resolution and don’t really mind toning everything else down to reach that.
Vsync most, if not all of the time.
Unless you got some really beefy PC. Otherwise, it will drop your frame.
