It would be cool if McCloud finally found his way into the game. Definitely doesn’t seem to fit what his concept art painted him as though, so probably not.

Judging by some concept art of old characters it might be someone named Phreak, I think we’ve seen that kind of graffiti on Junker town? Maybe a scottish person who’s affiliated with junker town? I hope it’s not another junker though, it may be a bad take but I hate the junker themes in this game it feels like we have too much of it.
“Revolution” and Graffiti that says Phreaks on it. I don’t think they’ll have another Junker character, if anything it looks like a new group or gang known as Phreaks. Not that Phreak will be their name
I don’t think he’s a junker; junkers just have a lot of punk influence and so does he.
