You can’t turn when using Orisa’s Dressage Emote, the only reason I think it’s a bug is because I’d guess you’d be able to turn using an Emote that moves you.
I am not a tech. I am a player like you. I think the emotes are set to do a set programmed sequence. Emotes in Overwatch are not meant to be controlled during the emote sequence.
