It has been two weeks since the new season came out. And over hundreds of players complaining about getting disconnected while watching replays or highlights. But until NOW, 02/25/2025, this issue is not getting fixed yet. And I believe everyone can see how fast the team reacted while there was a problem of online shop. IS THAT HARD TO FIX THE DISCONNECT PROBLEM WHILE WATCHING REPLAYS OR HIGHLIGHTS?

2 weeks is a snap of your fingers for a game developer, they are very slow moving creatures you see
i could see that they fixed the online store issue with light speed. But yea, I should feel lucky at least they haven’t offically announced that they are not going to fix the bug this season like DIABLO 4
there’s another thread which was from nov 2023 specifying this error as well. Incredibly disappointed in the dev team for not addressing and fixing this sooner.
The issue is actually fixed for me the last couple days whereas before then it was consistently disconnecting me (PC). It is also in the stickied blue post that they are aware of the issue and are working on it. We don’t know the details on the back end but it’s possible the shop issues you guys are talking about is a quick and easier fix than the disconnect - not all issues are the same difficulty. Issues involving peoples’ money are gonna be higher priority as well, always.
