I didn’t see anything in the TOS about it. I think people just get salty and abuse the report tool. Which is ez to do since its “automated”. Also, there is a legit tea time spray in the game!

I don’t think so. I have been spamming Torb’s “You should try my meatballs” before getting a kill on annoying people, and then Tbag, and nothing happened.
Well.. The dude got mad and quit after a couple of times, but nothing happened to me.

They have voice lines and emotes that one can argue are just as bad. They promote toxicity in their game.

Why do people ask questions like this? Do you really think there’s a department of people reviewing the validity of reports and voiding invalid reports? No. People get actioned if they get more than X reports in Y games/time. Just report and move on.
But also you’re soft if tea bagging has you reporting someone.
Everything is reportable, but you have to remember that violent rape threats, Tea bagging, and just plain screaming all need to hit the same threshold of lots of people reporting that player in a 20 game window.
If someone is acting disruptive by all means report them, because a report is literally just contributing to the ‘Wisdom of Crowds’ and your report itself will do nothing if that player is unreasonable. Similarly you can get reported for nothing if someone can identify a negative trait about you and you meet enough people who hate it (So recently it’s been people with the Israel flag getting it, but female names, or gay behaviour were also good candidates or even character choice).
Like, I report people for intentionally banning champions people on my team have picked, or if I see it happen on the enemy team in discourse. My report is meaningless, but if that player continues to grief the intensity of that action will get their account deleted.
So do it.

Bilbo baggin on em is reportable technically but youd be a lil pillow heart to report for that.
And yet at the same time its hilarious and i fully support the notion of going “heh, bag me? alrighty then! -report”
