I think he is. He’s the cause of this horrible meta and is comparable to junkrat with the way he shoots his spheres and how they bounce

Hes a tank that actually tanks. Of course people are going to be upset that he isn’t like Reinhardt and completely useless when the barrier breaks
On his own not really, but when combined with Orisa it can feel pretty cheesy.
