Out of all masked/concealed heroes, Roadhog is the only one who hasn’t been unmasked at any point of the game (or at least in comics). Reinhardt, Soldier:76 both have been unmasked in both comics and in the game. So when will Roadhog?

Reaper after the accident never has been unmasked - to the point we see his face.

He is the one we will probably never see. We kind of know what is behind Reaper’s, but we never saw his face ourselves. Not sure we will ever see both their faces, unless PVE/storywise they decide to.
