this is in response to spilo talk with dev about a future qp hacked which is a test before actual release
in the comments of said video a lot of people were hyping up ashe having faster reloads
i don’t know about you but that doesn’t sound fun, reloading…but faster, hmm.
i want this passive idea to be like paladins where it completely changes the hero and how you play them, i think over there they call it something i can’t remember
It is just hilarious that so many people are telling the developers to remove passives and in response they decided to add so many passives that we have to choose which one we want.
Paladins moment. Next thing you know, they’ll add in-match items and remove swapping. Anyway, just going to play comp this QP hacked because one of the DPS passives is Sombra’s old passive.
Just seems kind of lame, there could be balancing problems if you make the passives more ability focused but just give an inherent drawback with every passive and it should be fine
I see this as more their way of addressing how they’ve been unable to come up with a passive that’s universally relevant for the Damage class.
And it’s still not going to be ideal because it’s going to inevitably wind up that certain passives are soft-mandatory for specific heroes because the others just aren’t helpful at all.
Removing passives is not the solution. Not to mention that picking what passive you want is a cool thing to do, that gives the game depth. We need something for the game, because currently is bland and boring and new heroes dont change a thing unless they are OPAF (look at Mauga or Venture or Illari or Weaver). Ever since Ram, new heroes dont really matter anymore.
just tell corporate u can implement a card loadout system that needs to b unlocked over time, or u can buy it all unlocked, itl b in the game in a month
