At BlizzCon 2019, Overwatch 2 has been announced for PC on Battle.net, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch. They have confirmed that PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S will also be supported.
Players must have a valid PC license of Overwatch in order to play in the upcoming Beta test.
Blizzard has made no announcements regarding how Overwatch 2 will be purchased or monetized.

The technical support forum is where players like myself and Blizzard Support Agents (who are different from the developers) to lend a hand for players who have technical issues (such as disconnections or game crashes) with Overwatch.
