The first few seconds of her speaking really sounds like Tara Strong and if so, this is going to be my favorite hero.

at first I read that as if you meant her name was Juno Tara, and asking if she was strong, lol

To be absolutely fair… Tara Strong sounds like a LOT of different people… it’s her job =]
She usually Has a certain iconic pitch she uses. But yeah oh well
I hope not. Give new Voice Actors a chance, I’m so tired of hearing the same ones over and over again. But her voice did sound kinda familiar so if it is her, I wouldn’t be surprised, just disappointed.
I don’t think there’s any well-known voice actors doing any overwatch characters maybe a couple of them do Genshin impact but that’s it. I think it would’ve brought some extra attention to this new hero so that would’ve been cool imo
Jennifer Hale is Ashe.
Matt Mercer is Cassidy.
They’re pretty big in the VA world.

It’s hard to imagine anyone else doing those characters now so who’s to say. They’re both highly regarded and in demand.
They’ve done VA work in almost every genre you can imagine.
I know a lot of people know Tara Strong, but the VA cast is not without “big” talent.
No, cass and ashe have amazing voices with great emotion conveyed, no one could do better
