Not as far as I know, it was bought with your account connected by most not by giving you a redeemable code, and those that bought one that gave a redeemable code are probably hardcore blizzard fans that were going to blizzcon and used it
If you find one there is a good chance it is a scam. If it is not I am pretty sure you would be violating TOS, so do not do it cause you could get banned.
There are still some BlizzCon 2019 Codes around, but they are close to the 1000$ mark.
Sucks that you missed out, but imo it isn’t worth that amount of money.

Because unused codes are extremely rare by now and it’s not only Overwatch players who want them.
The code includes a whole bunch of goodies for different Blizzard games.
Also the 2019 code includes 2 Legendary Overwatch skins (instead of the usual 1 Epic or 1 Legendary) - which probably increased the demand for it as well.
