Roadhog? Probably. Widowmaker? Absolutely not. Hanzo? Conditionally. He can still use a pocket to achieve even greater heights.
Kiriko will suck.
They normalized Winston/Rein/Brig/Moira. They have the same TTK. So relatively speaking, they are better. You can still harass a Widow with Winston. In fact, you might have to until Ball is reworked.
Idk how TTK will be like on certain heroes so my opinion could change on this, but I feel like we can revert the health buffs to both Zen (not needed in any way btw) and LW (needed it due to his massive hitbox). If this patch is to help with overall burst dmg then I feel like LW and Zen will work just fine with 250.

why did they have to buff moira? she should stay unviable and useless like the garbage she is, except blizzard made a mythic and are forced to make her somewhat viable
Not sure about kiri being bad yet. She never got the real reason she is strong changed. That is being unpunishable when taking duels. Now she will have an easier window to back out and it cleanses the dps passive. Plus her suzu will also cleanse passive + get the extra heals. If anything this may be a buff.
winston got a 25% damage increase against a 25% health increase, so they TTK is still the same
Everything takes more shots to kill and she is having only, though i think her projectiles will be junk nade size now🤣
You are correct, I meant to say that her kunai will be useless. Suzu might be better than ever to cleanse cauterize. I just do not care about anything outside of her kunai and chain. 
I don’t know who all got dmg changes that basically negate the health increases like Winston but this is a good example as to why they still might need their extra HP. Like I said, I’m waiting to play to really form an opinion on this as there are many DMG variables that have been increased and then the addition of the DPS passive.
Like what’s their extra HP gonna be good for when they have a 20% anti + are being shot at with increased proj sizes, etc.
Lets not forget that widow will also be getting that projectile hitbox buff
Ya which will help when taking on strafing enemies. If you where missing shots on still enemies you should go play Mercy or something instead. Though she will have to get a little closer in some instances and longer charge rate. She should be very strong come next season in the right hands.

i mean people have been firing down chokes ever since projectiles were being used in warfare or in hunting, its not exactly rocket science when you realise the positional disadvantage you put yourself in

yes remove the one good thing that hanzo has and just buff storm arrows to make him a spam character, hes just going to get more random kills and more people are going to get pissed with him
No. The entire point of this patch is so garbage characters like him gets less kills, he’s not going to be doing a whole lot even with buffed storm arrows.
It’s a net positive for the health of the game.
Hog was never a one shot.
