Is this going to be what happens? because if its just his guns it’d be really lame as we spend a lot of time in 3rd person in ball form with our flashy golden guns tucked away.
it’d be pretty nice if his whole mech was golden 
as he’s super loud and really easy to spot anyhow so having a giant golden ball mech wont really impact his stealth capability’s since he has 0 stealth to start with.

The devs have explained why certain things aren’t gold-ified with golden weapons, like Moira’s apparatus, or Sym and Torb turrets, they’d be too distracting

Then again, they made Brigitte’s shield gold because it technically counts as a weapon, just the same as Wrecking Ball itself…so…maybe…

Yea, but Brig’s shield also isn’t the entirety of her character model.
Why would his mech he golden? It would ruin his skins, this would never happen his grapple should be golden

It would look to gaudy to have his shell be golden too. I am fine with just the gun being golden. If they make his ball form golden too, then I will refrain from getting the golden guns for him.
