What if everyone’s cybernetic limbs/implants are forcing old friends to fight each other
What if zen controls all the limbs. Or better yet syphons power from them when ulting which is why you see all the ghost hands

What if Ganymed is just a cute little burb which has an innocent perspective and thus does not see Bastion as a killing machine?
And this allows Bastion to have a second chance, to interact with a cute lifeform before he comes in contact with humans?
