Is flex = forced loss queue?

I’ve noticed that my winrate plummets whenever I play in flex queue. I think they are deliberately sabotaging the matches for people in flex queue to make sure they have to play more matches of flex to finish the weeklies

You’re opening yourself up to playing roles you’re not as good at and switching gears constantly can throw off your game.

Flex que is mostly tank.

Yeah I agree my Ball skills are getting rusty, but I refuse to shoot down my pride and experience as a flex player by being a burden on my teams.

Sounds like you aren’t as good at 2 out of 3 of the roles so your chance of performing worse than your average is higher.

It’s probably confirmation bias. Just yesterday I was dominating on flex queue playing Reinhardt who I never play. He is one of my worst characters. Or he was. All of the Reaper training may have trained me. I digress, that was coming off a massive loss streak while I was playing DPS, my main role. It’s just random.
