I would think it’s canon(?) lore wise, in her short she’s shown in advertisements wearing it.

Well as people pointed out it is featured in advertisments around Busan. So my guess it is “official”.
Now Blizz need to partner with food company and give us limited edition of Lucio Oh’s and Nano Cola.
