I feel like a lot of my best Weaver matches have been on Colosseo, and I see quite a few enemy Weavers show up there too. Quite a while back I also watched a great replay from someone on the forums playing Weaver, which also happened to be on that same map; it’s beginning to feel like a pattern 
If it is an optimal map for him, I’m guessing it’s at least in part due to the long sightlines and various ledges that can be platformed up to?
