I’ve been fighting with latency, jitter and loss of packets for ages, despite having a good ping on a wired connection. I came across the topics of ISP-throttling and the use of CGNAT as an IP distribution method that tends to create issues for power users (as I would describe myself), but I’m not sure if this could actually be the root of my problem, since my tech knowledge is rather basic. Can anyone elaborate? I’m changing to a new ISP that doesn’t use CGNAT in the near future, so I hope that I can finally resolve the problem.
