Is Bob a slave?

Maybe her origin story is letting Bob go and letting him be a free omnic. Maybe after letting Bob go, she becomes a justice warrior for the Omnics and helps those in need, like Batman but without the slave.

He was the robot butler for a little spoiled brat, this isnt deep.

Wait who?

I don’t know any other slaves named Bob in the game other than the one Ashe has??

Bob WAS a slave but more of a slave to his programming than Ashe’s parents that bought him as hardware and was basically a beefed up version of this omnic but for a super rich family:

I’m guessing Ashe’s parents gave him the sole instruction of looking after Ashe since they were always away, so when he gained sentience during the omnic crisis I think he told himself “I feel bad for Ashe’s childhood, let me continue looking after her wherever she goes to keep her happy”. Pretty wholesome tbh after hearing that Aurora gave every omnic a choice. Bob’s choice was to stay with Ashe like he was originally meant to but as family/friend and not a tool.

Edit:Is Bob missing a voicebox/mp3 player though? Cos he never speaks.

It really depends. Siege fights are less than a second long usually, and it’s unique but less unique than things like Tracer or Ball. Everyone is Widow(one shot headshot) so games are pretty much entirely about positioning and clicking heads when you can.

Siege could be for the people who enjoy the more creative aspects of OW and vice versa, but the combat is drastically different. I can only see an experienced Siege player playing Widow, because she’s the only one with one shot headshot and hitscan.
