Ive been playing Ashe a lot lately, and something has just felt wrong with the ADS, and even when I had my reticule lined up with targets they would still be off, so it had me wondering, is she actually a hitscan character? So I went to face a bunch of Ana-bots and learned that there does seem to be a small delay in your shot, and when it reaches your target, so Im thinking im just imagining it, or that my game is bugged.
Then I watched Kephrii play Ashe, and what do you know, he had the same exact issue. Here is a clip that Ashe may indeed be a projectile hero when ADS. This is incredibly upsetting if this is true. Im hoping it is just a bug, but we will see. Can we get some kind of confirmation from a developer on whether or not she is projectile or hitscan with ADS?

I was convinced she was a hitscan, but this makes me question whether she really is or not. Could be bad hit detection at play here though.

Maybe it’s not her hitreg that’s the problem after all.
Im hoping that theyre just not registering and it will be fixed.

@DarkCat That doesnt really say if she is projectile or hitscan. It just says the animation is sloppy. Is that really the same thing?
I think she is a hitscan but the Animation of Shooting and the actual bullet are out of sync if im not mistaken, which makes it look like a projectile
A way to find out is to see if custom games projectile speed settings make a difference.
It’s not a projectile, it’s hitscan but at the moment it’s broken because a bug makes it “choppy” “delayed” etc etc.

In theory tho, she’s hitscan.
That could honestly just be Ana’s weird hitbox. He had it in the bottom corner of her head, but Ana’s head box is super funky.
I feel like if it was a reverse Ana situation they’d have told us, or more people would have noticed day 1.
