Is 4:3 stretched resolution possible in OW?

Apparently.
It is just one resolution though and seems it was slapped there for minimal requirements.

It doesn’t matter much anyway. You can just go with 720p and then reduce the render if you want it just for better performance.
if you still want smaller resolution anyway, you can just go window mode and resize the window to its minimum.

I come from cs and i’m so used to 4:3 stretched, sucks that ow doesn’t support it.

The reason for this is mainly to maintain a Competitive threshold. Same applies for 21:9 and greater FOVs.
