i was able to buy the basic edition before i realized the ultimate bundle now i can’t buy the ultimate bundle because i already have access to the missions… I really would like to upgrade but blizzard wont let me give them more money

I bought it on PC and now I can play it on my console.
I’m also playing on switch. I know we’re like the stepchild of overwatch but I hope we can play pve soon.
My blind butt saw the ultimate too late, after buying the mission alone, now it tells me i already own the ultimate bundle what is not the case, come on i want them skins
BLizzard is such a Joke. You can’t even get the misisons on launch day.
