Hello
When opening Overwatch 2 I have recently in the last week been experiencing an issue in which after logging into the game my internet connection will disconnect for a couple of seconds and I will usually be presented with the message sorry we were unable to log you in, time out connecting with the battle net services before my internet reconnects immediately. if I log back in I will get the same issue immediately and upon restarting the game I will get the same issue. Usually I can have the game open a couple seconds or minutes before being booted off but I cant even make it past the menu screen…
OW2 is the only game I have this issue with and I have not noticed any connection issues elsewhere. when the connection goes down it is only to my PC and all other devices remain connected to the internet. the internet only stays down on my PC for around 10s after I see the error message before reconnecting.
I have tried all trouble shooting methods that blizzard recommends as well as some from general research into the topic. I currently have a ticket open providing all the requested files but so far have only received an automated response with the trouble shooting I have already completed…
As response to the ticket is currently being slow and I am losing out on valuable battle pass time ahahaha as well as being able to play the game I decided to post here to see if anyone had a similar issue and if they managed to fix it??? or if anyone had any general trouble shooting suggestions.
been playing since launch and haven’t had any issues till now so just curious to see if anyone can help, thanks.
