Remember what they promised but never delivered
TBH that looked cool as a concept and in video but in reality in a real game I feel like thats such a dumb gimmick lol.
How is that different from just a rein holding up shield and walking forward? It’s literally just a slightly wider shield nothing more… It would still be countered the same way you counter a rein shield, by lobbing things over it, stunning/ccing them out of it. Not to mention I think they implied it was some how like an ultimate or expensive ability to use that requires 2 people anyways… Is the brig able to heal while she’s doing that? Can the rein break it to charge etc?
It’s essentially a weaker symmetra wall that can move super slowly that takes 2 people to hold up and can be countered by walking around it lol… there’s no way it can spin like a normal solo rein shield can.
Well yeah, thanks for analysis, but I really meant is PvE
lol sorry - IDK what you mean by PoE? But if you’re just looking for reasons to bash blizz I was with you 2 years ago when they delivered OW2… I used to tally up ALLL the promises they failed to deliver + all the stuff they took away but I stopped caring.
I’m pretty sure that was a PvE concept. We were robbed.
It’s kind of redundant though.
Why have both shields taking damage when you can just switch positions?
Now if a Support with a smaller shield can give shield energy to the Tank’s shield, in a 5v5 setting, then that might be worth looking into.
At the moment having 2 barriers facing different directions, working in tandem and preserving durability has more value than having one shield be slightly bigger that costs the energy of both Barriers simultaneously
Path of Exile lol?
They are the ghosts from Legend of Zelda. You collect their souls for pointless rewards.
