I have had this issue with both D.va and Illari. For some reason, when I press the L joystick to interact with the game, it won’t register. I go into my binds and it says that it’s binded to that button. If I switch the interact button to be binded to another button, it works just fine. It’s really hard to play the recent Halloween event when I have to change my keybinds in the middle of a fight. This is only an issue with those two hero’s. The button doesn’t even show up as an option when I approach something that can be interacted with, it behaves like there isn’t a button binded to it at all. Please fix this, I play these hero’s very often and it is frustrating.
This may or may not be relevant, but do you have hero-specific overrides configured for those heroes?
A recent topic for the same or similar problem being encountered with Reinhardt determined the cause to be the player had previously set hero-specific overrides for Reinhardt.
I do have overrides, but that shouldn’t impact the interact button, since my other characters also have overrides and they interact just fine. My interact button is the same for all heros
