I’m very confused about the ranking system right now with comp. A group of my friends and I went into Open Queue, a few of us for the first time. One of them, also a first time Open Queuer, and I ranked completely differently playing the exact same games and going 5-1. I was put in low gold (role queue rank is diamond) and they were put in grand master (role queue rank is diamond). How is this okay??? I’m really rather upset about it.

Open que isn’t even a real ranked game mode imo. not enough people play it for your rank to make sense anyway… that’s LITERALLY why you guys are both diamond players in the ‘real ranked’ mode, but in open que you guys are spread all the way to gold - GM.
Open que is a joke, 3v3 is a joke, deathmatch is a joke, mystery heros is a joke mode. They all belong in the arcade.

Nah, deathmatch is cool for a competitive gamemode, but yeah the rest are absolute trash, maybe I can even give 3v3 a pass, but I absolutely hate mystery heroes and open q comp
Yeah I usually stick to role queue it just makes 0 sense lol
