I actually cant seem to get into Overwatch 2. Its constantly looping the login screen and I’ve tried everything. Someone please help Ive been this for about 6 hours

Queue Issues, Server Crashes, and Stability
Tl;dr: We have addressed some issues and are in the process of addressing others, but players should still expect to see queues.Finally, the player database is being overloaded, which cascades and causes a backup in the login system, which eventually leads to some people being dropped out of queues or being unable to log in at all.
We’re continuing to add nodes to ease the pressure on the player database. The process of adding nodes requires replication of data, which inherently adds pressure to an already stressed system, so we’re doing it slowly to not cause any further disruption as devs and engineers work through separate issues. We are also currently throttling queues in order to protect the player database as much as we can while we scale—this feels bad in the short-term, but once it’s done, will greatly improve the experience for players across multiple fronts moving forward.

Yeah but the thing is I was able to play yesterday and this morning with no issue at all. Now its just looping the login screen over and over again.

Yep, that is the nature of “server issues.” As they work on them, some players who could connect before may not be able to now etc.
Hopefully it gets fixed soon. My friends are playing right now as Im trying to frantically get into the game. Anyways, thanks for the response!

From the info ive gathered the login loop is due to the severs incorrectly flagging us and shadowbanning the accounts this issue needs to be fixed please.

Same problem here. My battle.net account is 100 procent verified and xbox profile linked plus connection is fine aswell but i am constantly trapped in the log in meny. Been this way for 2 or 3 days now. All of my other friends have no problems what so ever. Hopefully getting fixed soon.
Same issue on my end. I have been able to play without any problem yesterday, but now I am just stuck on this endless login-loop.
Regarding the possibillity of being shadowbanned - What is the systems reasoning behind such a ban?
Same boat. Was able to play last night.
This morning I am stuck in this endless loop.
What would cause a shadow ban on said account?
I own OW1 on pc. No merging from any other console.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
Will i be able to play anytime soon? Because i have tried to scan and repair and it says everything is fine, I tried reinstalling and entering new account info. I saw in another forum with people with the same problem saying that the only way to fix this is to have someone unflag our accounts since the system accidentally flagged us to be shadowbanned

I’ve solved hundreds of tech, fps, and connection issues. So I’d say I’m plenty good. But making disparaging comments to other posters in this forum is unacceptable per the code of conduct.
i dont understand how this hasn’t been fixed yet this has been happening to my account since launch and nothing.
I am also having the same issue. It just seems to be just my account as well. My brother let me try logging into his account on my computer and it let me in fine. The game was working fine for me before the maintenance on the 13th. After the maintenance I tried to merge my accounts for the 100th time and now I’m stuck with the login loop
