So it’s been a year since I’ve been facing this problem and I haven’t found a solution.
I had stopped playing Overwatch since I switched from 1 to 2, my main platform in the past was the Xbox
When I tried to merge the accounts because I bought a good PC I simply entered an infinite loop and I’ve been in it ever since
a loop that consists of the merge screen, the whole time it appears saying “that cross progression has arrived” and then when I click continue the second screen appears that says “confirm your account to merge” the account in question is written in red account change… and when I press that I do want to merge it tells me to restart the game and I’ve been doing so for a year now and nothing happens. I’ve been stuck in this loop since switching from OW1 to OW2
Does anyone have a solution?
