Ind spikes after upgrading my pc

I have and issue with ind spikes after i switched my GPU and reinstalled Windows
Ind spikes from usual 20-25 ms up to 100 ms for a couple of seconds and then goind down back to normal I used to play (before upgrade) on the same network settings and didnt change anything. As i read from others posts my spikes come from network (orange ones).

I had the same problem after switching to OW 2 on PC from laptop but after some time they dissappeared by their own so i have no idea how to fix them

Any help would be much appreciated
I love this game and was really excited to play on new GPU

pc specs
Intel i5-10400f
Nvidia GeForce 3050 8 gb
16 gb ram
game on ssd

If your network is producing lag, you would want to work with your ISP or whomever is responsible for the network setup in your home to resolve this. You can also try toggling the Limit Client Send Rate in Settings → Gameplay → General.

Tried that it made my ind go up to 200-300 permanent without drops

With what exact question? Because as i said earlier i had the same problem before but it fixed itself after some time so i dont know is it the problem with my provider’s network

also i played the game 1-2 march without any problems, they started after me changing my hardware and reinstalling Windows

Could it be hardware problem? I checked all the advices (GPU drivers, network drivers etc, flushed my dns and ip )

I can review your system diagnostic files, but if it is a hardware-related issue that would be outside the scope of this forum.

Follow the instructions from the Blizzard support doc here:

After you have the reports:

  • Upload each one separately to Pastebin.com.
  • Paste the links in your reply.

Note: If you have trouble posting URLs, highlight each link and click </> on the post editor toolbar.

While you wait for a reply, review the Windows Reliability Monitor (Win10) or Reliability History (Win11), which may show you what’s happening in the background to cause any errors.

The PingPlotter looks good. Links for the diagnostic files are both pending moderation. Before sending new ones, please check them with an incognito window to make sure they’re accessible.

any updates on my issue? any tips?

I was never able to read your files for the reason stated in my last reply:

They are now removed from Pastebin.
