IND and Latency Spikes in only in Overwatch

Can someone from the technical team look into this and check? This happens only in OverWatch. There are constant spikes in IND and Latency. Really frustrated with this.

I’m a volunteer, but I can offer an assessment of the test.

There is a high ping, as well as a little bit of packet loss between the computer and the modem or router. The packet loss should be 0% instead of 1%, and the ping should be less than 10ms, but it’s showing 585ms at worst. Some of this might be ignored packets, but it does continue throughout the test so something is going wrong at that piece of equipment.

Rebooting all equipment may help, or you may need to reach out to the ISP if you’re leasing their hardware.
