ive noticed some changes just dont show up in the patch notes, sometimes bugs that ive reported get fixed but just arent posted in the patch notes. Just now i noticed illari can heal intangible people, reaper in wraith and suzu’d people, now which wasnt the case last season. And on launch of ow2 bastion could punch in turret form with a broken animation im not sure when it was fixed but it was and ive checked every set of patch notes and its never mentioned. both of those examples effect the effectiveness of the hero more than the average visual bug that are in the patch notes so why arent the ones that actually affect gameplay there?
