I just logged in after the season 3 update. I finished season 2 with masters 5 ranking on DPS, but upon logging in, the in game notification said that I ended DPS with Diamond 1, and I only have the Diamond 1 Challenger title

This happened because you went negative after re-ranking to masters 5, then your MMR dropped to diamond 1.

That sucks, I’m missing my top 500 rewards for this season too. I’ve put your post in Season 36 Missing Top 500 Rewards under: Incorrect Ranked Rewards (Season 2).
