That stupid “F-ing” 10 second countdown that requires you to get a team kill by yourself to prove you’re playing, even though you’ve selected a character and left spawn hell even used abilities and NO that’s not enough

with the situation you describes that only happens if you havent managed to hit anyone for like 2 minutes straight, if you got to the point then its definitely not the system thats the issue.
I’ve had this before. Usually when most of the enemy team has left. They stay in spawn and somehow don’t get kicked. I’m sat outside their spawn door unable to do much at all and I get the countdown.
As silly as it seems, if you can jump off the map. Dying a respawning will usually stop the countdown. But yes, I agree. It’s stupid.
