Question of the year!
I speak Japanese and the Japanese dubbing of Genji/Hanzo are even worse than the actual Japanese that these two heroes occasionally speak in the western version of the game lol.
Genji’s ultimate with his Baihu skin and Hanzo’s ultimate with his Lone Wolf skin does sound good though in the Japanese version, so I’ll give them that.

Yes, these characters with Japanese voices resemble anime characters most of all.

Korean by far, any ult makes me scared.

I can’t stop laughing and crying how terrible it sounds. 
(i understand every word, doesn’t make it any better haha)

It is a mix bag for me. Some sounds better than others. The EN version is probably the best in general and is no surprising if other versions are based on it.
I like d.va in the Russian version more cuz she sounds more exited rather than cheeky.
Everywhere the original is better >:(
Sorta yeah but bias also plays a role I guess. When you hear something for the first time it is harder to accept hearing it in a different way.
I consume pretty much all my content in english and yet, OW is the only game that i play the spanish dub. The Latam VAs did an amazing job.

I played Overwatch in many different dubs just for fun.
some highlights:
Symmetra sounds very, very attractive in French. Very attractive.
Korean: Everything sounds so cool and sharp. It Overwatch had a pro version, it would have those vibes from the Korean dub.
Mandarin: Tracer sounds extremely adorable, Mercy sounds like a mastermind chess player.
German: Death noises are very, very brutal. Tracer’s is the most morbid.
Tracer also sounds adorable in the German dub.
Mercy sounds very, very stressed out if she calls out for help. It sounds like a panicking mother hen.
Moira sounds like an cheesy supervillain but is totally incompetent.
Reinhardt’s football skin ult voiceline is very delayed. If Overwatch had german only speaking servers, football skin would provide a tangible advantage.
Actually a lot of the ult voicelines in German are bugged? and have slight delays compared to its peers.
Echo sometime talks in English, nice QA.

Japanese is just perfect. I tried English, both Chinese versions, and Korean. Listened to some of the other languages on YouTube, but still the Japanese is the best. Only the English comes close. But I feel where the English doesn’t win is on some heroes like Mercy and Ana. They sound much better on Japanese for me.
Japanese sounds the best. Overwatch characters making anime noises.
Portuguese!
I tried every language just for fun. IMO nothing beats Portuguese VAs. They’re all very spot-on in impersonating the English (original) VAs to the point that its scary accurate. They even incorporate some of the original voices (like Mercy’s German and Moira’s Gaelic) and it blends seamlessly. I loved it and I’ve stuck with it even if I don’t speak Portuguese at all.
Also, Moira’s ultimate is the best! ““Submeta se a minha vontade!!””

I prefer Korean. But I speak korean, bias must be.
Japanese Hanzo/Genji is a bit off but overall is ok.
Russian Genji is hilarious.
Didnt like Chinese one. I do speak chinese to some extent
Not sure about other non-english languages, korean dubbing has some dirty jokes in it and is a bit trollish on its own lol

Depends on the character, really, for me characters like Genji, Hanzo, Symmetra and Pharah are at their best voice in the original English dub but other characters have better voices in others dub (Lúcio’s voice for example is way better at the Brazilian Portuguese dub probably cause Lucio’s American VA doesn’t speak Portuguese) but in the end all VAs do an amazing job 
Japanese Hanzo ult voiceline (Dragons version) is horrible.
Especially for Genji, he’s much angrier.
