has had much worse treatment than other mythical skins. 
if it’s true that they want to make it optional to choose which mythical skin you want at the end of each season pass, they should at least give this skin more opportunities for customization. but then very few extra elements would be enough, such as a different shoulder pad to choose from and the tattoo on the body.
The dragon change is a bigger vfx change than any other mythic in the game… for me, it’s Sigma’s

It has less options to change on it, but more visual and sound effects than any of the other skins. His primary fire, story arrows, sonar, ult, all have different sounds and visuals. Other heroes have changes on like 1 or 2 skills, not everything. Plus he has new voicelines and a different voice, which was common on other skins too.
Personally I think this is one of the best mythics so far, I would much rather have sounds and visuals on my skills than be able to change the look of a bracket or belt etc.

Without mention color, voiceline and weapons variants:
- Genji: Tattoo, Mask (animated in ult), Voice Filter, Sounds and effects for ALL abilities, Special ultimate;
- Junkerqueen: Cloth, Helmet, shoulder pad, Voice filter, Sounds and an effect just for her knife;
- Kiriko: Hair, diadem(animated just in select screen), sounds in some abilities, Special ultimate;
- Sigma: Hat, shoulder pad, sounds in some abilities, Special ultimate;
- Tracer: Hat, special ultimate just with ONE type of hat equiped;
- Ana: Face, Voice filter, Mechanical Sounds, slight effects on the lights;
- Hanzo: Voice Filter, Sounds and effects for ALL abilities, Special ultimate;
Statistically we only returned to having a feature that had been proposed for Genji cyberdemon ( Sounds and effects for ALL abilitie) , still today the mythical skin that had the greatest number of features. except that Hanzo’s has fewer customizable elements, which visually speaking is almost the same as calling the wolf’s “mythical skin” if it had more voicelines and more special effects.
I’m just saying that he could still afford to have ONE extra customizable element like all the other characters before him. If not the shoulder pad, at least the tattoo. No? Because it is still true that the mithycal skins are slowly removing features and they are being justified with features that in reality had already been proposed in the past for skins that had this and much more.
Yeah, he had worst treatment. Not only you have no options, he glows in dark, so enemy will see you and aim at you from anywhere, but he also sounds constipated and everyone can hear it, when you have that Hanzo in game xD
