What would cause a couple of players to massively stutter (to the point of being unplayable) throughout an entire match while at least 5 of the enemy team seemed to have no issue at all and dominate the match.
We can assume my internet and GPU are not the cause of the problem since at least one other person had the same issue and left mid match. B6CXF1 (I was Hanzo/Junkrat)

Basically, someone mentioned they had this issue on Paraiso and I gave my experience. Short version, I was backfilled and had 7 FPS the whole match. Closed all other software, made OW a high priority in the task manager, and nothing changed. The rest of my team didn’t seem to have an issue but could have. The opposite team certainly didn’t.
The replay was fine, except for the stutter like yours in my POV. The other matches that day were fine. I thought it was either a fluke or a hacker lag-switching, which is what I would have assumed during your match as well if the other team didn’t have issues.
I’m beginning to think it’s something with Paraiso, and possibly something with a specific server that hosts it.
