I don’t have the in game typing at all, can’t see anyone’s message can’t send out any messages. I’m on console (ps4) please teach how to enable it.

I’m having the same problem still can’t figure it out.
My ps4 was acting up so I took out the disc and when i logged in It fixed itself., 12/8/2021
