I am unable to access the shop. It says “the shop is currently unavailable”. I can access the battle pass but everything that is unlocked I have not received and it just shows as loading in the rewards. It’s the same for my coins, just shows its loading in and nothing else. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, repairing, etc. My account is also not in the middle of a merge.
I had the exact same issue since season 12 started. Just now it fixed itself for some reason

Same problem. Competition coins work fine. Also I noticed that on PS5 when opening the battle pass menu, season 11 picture was shown after the start of season 12 and it gave 1.5 lvls more than it should have at the start of the season (lvls from watching twitch). Reinstalling the games didn’t help, nor did restarting the console and PC.
I had this same issue on my PC. I found the problem was that I wasn’t logged in through Battle.Net. Once I logged in through my PC all my coins showed up and I could access the shop.
I had the same problem but i figured out that it was my home connections thé problem. I put my computer on my phone’s connections and now it’s working

I am having this issue as well. I just experienced it for the first time since playing from the start of Season 2. It is now the start of season 14 and experienced it a few days prior. I’ve tried closing game and restarting, scan and repair through battle.net, and re-installed with no luck. Any help or fix would be great as I’ve noticed this has been an issue for some time now.
