ok so im gonna try and explain this the best i can the audio is like bass boosting but like more crackly if that makes sense but it doesn’t do it all the time only when a group of heroes are doing stuff, it’s not my headphones or my audio jack, it’s not my drivers, it’s not my audio drivers, i uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, scanned it and everything i tested with other games to see if it was my headphones but it only happens with overwatch i searched the internet for a solution but it’s coming up blank sooo yea help would be great
edit: it doesn’t do it when im alone it does it with the music and well… bass heavy noises
edit 2: it sounds like a frame issue but it’s not

Are you able to record the sound issue?
Might be helpfull, sadly i don’t know what your issue is or how you can solve it, the only audio issues i had recently where due to rtx voice on the output source, where rtx heavily filters ingame sounds. Making ow sound like a underwater record in the distance…
The only thing i could blindly guess is your speakers overdriving… 
Which is usually solved by lowering the volume or if possible reduce the bass strenght.

Did you change anything, Srsly anything (moved a icon on the desktop level of nip picking here)
Since then? (audio, driver, system, windows, new devices, that could potentially at a low chance couse the issue?
Also helps if its reproducable on other pc setup’s
Which could mean ingame issues, hw configurations and so on.
it’s not the volume cus if i lower the ingame volume the sound still happens but just does it quieter i can try to record it might take a while tho
edit: i forgot to mention i made nvidia optimize overwatch and that kinda made things a little better the noise still happens but not as often
also i have literally not touched overwatch or tampered with it in 2 days i just went off then came back on yesterday and it just started happening
best i can describe the audio it is when you hold space on a youtube video and it keeps pausing and unpausing the video but it only happens when we get near the enemy cus it’s fine when im in our spawn at the beginning then when we get to the point it kicks up
