In account merging queue looping around since release

When did you buy the pack at launch or before?
I bought mine back before beta launch.

Ah yes I was worried about that. My battlepass progress reset but I hadn’t bought anything on that account. I’ve also heard the merge only happens with one bnet so you won’t be able to link to your new account and keep your stuff. You may be able to switch back to the battlenet account with the OW2 progress (?), but it won’t have your old unlocked items. I really hope they give you a refund as they weren’t clear at all.

I have 199 days on ow1, everything unlocked, and 40k coins.

I don’t care if I have to restart the battle pass

Do you know if comp level gets restarted?

I just signed back into my original battlenet account and am waiting for the merge, but looking in the hero gallery I’m missing the pink skin. I do have stickers from the charity event and the founders pack items here, but my new battlenet account now has the pink skin, and none of the founder pack items even though I’ve played overwatch with the newer battlenet account. I’m worried if I merge my old battlenet I will lose the pink mercy skin for good since it’s not here ;-;

There are a few skins most are missing, Lucio dart frog and mercy pink skin included. Support says they are aware of it. I think they will repopulate once that issue is resolved
Once merge goes through maybe submit a ticket for that? Since mercy was a purchase can you pull the receipt?

For now my queue is still looping, if it goes through I will update if the skin is back, and will look for the receipt if not or just wait for their fix. I did buy a league skin on the new account and got lvl 39 on the battle pass but I guess I’ll suffer the loss and ask for a refund. Thanks for the reply crispy

Edit- account finished merge and my pink skin is back along with everything else but I guess all of my other accounts progress is going to waste

I don’t have the pack, but I think a ticket to support might fix since I did purchase it on this account

my old bnet account got suspended after the changeing the account i merged it with even thoug i didnt use it after that point so the fix wont work so i have to wait for the devs to fix

and i want to continue playing on pc

Thank you! I had to remember the blizzard account I used back in 2016 then I bought the game. Fortunately I did have it (this one) . Everything is back :+1:

Ah, that’s too bad. I remembered you had the same merge issue and was hoping you’d be able to use this fix.

There’s no excuse really, they need to fix this - for those of us who don’t have access to the old account or even who just don’t want to use it. We shouldn’t have to link it to the old one to get our stuff! We switched accounts for a reason.
