Hey everyone, Blizzard Entertainment tweeted out stating today is the LAST DAY to purchase the 2019 BlizzCon Virtual Ticket. Getting the BlizzCon Virtual TIcket is the ONLY way to acquire the Illidan Genji and Tyrande Symmetra skins. As a reminder, unlike 2018 with Demon Hunter Sombra, there will be no way to get the Illidan Genji and Tyrande Symmetra skins again. The BlizzCon virtual ticket also grants in-game rewards for World of Warcraft, StarCraft II, Heroes of the Storm, Diablo III, and Hearthstone. The 2019 Virtual Ticket is on sale at 25% off the original price.

Here’s to hoping the 2020 Blizzcon virtual ticket will include a Malthael Reaper or a Auriel Mercy skin.

Part of me wishes for a Siege Tank Starcraft Bastion skin, but Bastion was the first hero to get a Blizzcon skin so I doubt that will happen.

I’d also like to see a Hammond epic quality Blizzcon skin with the “blizzcon colors”. I bet he would look awesome.

Its not spending $50 for a couple skins, its spending $50 for the Blizzcon experience! :roll_eyes:

I am fairly certain the lootbox update that introduced Blizzard cross over cosmetics was just an excuse to put future cross over skins behind paywalls.

The only cross over skin that was put into the game after the lootbox update and wasn’t behind a paywall was Kerrigan Widowmaker.

Don’t be surprised if this Blizzard’s plan. They obviously know they will make a ton of money putting amazing looking cross over skins like Illidan Genji behind large paywalls.

This thread needs more visibility; because, inevitably someone is going to complain a few months from now that they can’t get these skins and want Blizzard to bring them back. And they are going to be disappointed.

If that person is reading this, then please just get them now while you actually can!

I’m not remotely interested in either of the skins. I certainly wouldn’t pay what they are charging for it.
