Gotta love being a nano rein and you dont get a single kill cause you gotta swing at the fricken air and everyone scatters by the time its dead.
I’m really REALLY Insert curse word DONE with Baptiste. Between making bastion Immortal and making him and his whole team do 50% more damage while he sits behind orisa (who also has damage boost) and just annihilates everything you can possisbly throw at him is just insert strong curse word god awful for this game.
I’ve unistalled i’m gonna wait until this guy is nerfed to the ground or 2/2/2 is put into play and see if that fixes anything cause Im so sick of baptiste orisa bastion is every game I try to play in QP, Comp, and Arcade.
You are aware enforcing 2/2/2 will do nothing to impede Baptise/Orisa/Bastion since they all come from separate roles, right?
If anything, it would only make the situation worse since it limits the amount of DPS to provide utility and shield pressure, as well as focus down Immortality Field.
Lets face it. It doesnt matter what meta comes back it wont be well recieved. So you just gotta deal until people overthrow it in favor for something else theyll hate
The thing about uninstalling is that it ensures you don’t play it on an impulse. You can’t just launch it and play. You have to install it again. Meaning you are putting some deliberation into if its worth playing right now or not.
I can see it now: Orisa, hog, Baptiste, mercy, Bastion, and some… other DPS. Totally fits 2/2/2 and the game will play like a WWI simulator. Fighting from the trenches.
at least the other metas have variety to kinda counter them. But when the meta involves 3-8 primary heroes and nothing else works theres a huge problem.
You guys better hope widow and hanzo dont actually get nerfed before those three do because they are pretty much the only thing that can contest them one they are dug in. Even junkrat cant get through cause even if you bust the barrier the immortaliy field goes out. Pharah? No way bastion and baptiste gun her down so fast its not even funny.
I can deal with widowmaker one shotting me and doomfist knocking me into every wall of the map, but not needing 3 ults to kill a team fighting off all your ults with just cooldowns then your stuck till everyone farms, AND you still have find a way to save ults to counter theirs.
I’m usually able to just grit and bare bad games but this is just too much BS for my sanity and it’s a huge waste of my day even trying to just have fun in arcade for a few games.
Agreed. I honestly feel this is the the worst thing that’s ever been added to the game. And it’s not even his ult…
Seriously though? Immortality in an FPS? Who thought this was going to be a good idea? All it does is slow the game down. In an era where GOATS is king, you decide you want to slow the game down even more??
there was multiple ways to beat GOATS besides just running GOATS and even then there was multiple variety of GOATS comp. You could just not contest them head on and pick them off from mid range or use a bunch of tank busters. Tank busters dont work well at all at the moment.
You need the nano to even pull off a successful charge! Even at 5 meters out and full hp you cant slip inside with a charge and 8/10 orisa is gonna use halt and stop you and your just gonna spontaneously combust. Usually rein is a good counter to bastion but not anymore his 2000 hp non-cooldown shield stands no chance at stopping this amount of damage and the last game that made me so “nope no more” I actually got the bastion 2x and both times he live cause baptiste his his regen burst and heal spammed him or I.F. the bastion and he’d just go turret and annihilate me and walk back to his team like nothing ever happened.
I dont just play rein I gotta a pretty solid grasp of probably 15-20 heroes since season 4 and nothing short of major ult spam seems to beat this composition.
It’s not. In fact I’d uninstall things far more often on console than on PC, because consoles have a set amount of drive space to store games. I’ve uninstalled console games before that I expect to play again someday, simply because I need that space for another game.
Generally when people say they uninstalled, they didn’t. They’re just trying to imply that they’re never going to play again, because they’re mad… but they know they probably are going to play again anyway, so they kept it installed for convenience.
Well, I was more referencing uninstalling a game that you would return to. I usually only delete games that I rented, would only play once or PS Plus free games as they are saved to your account. Sometimes really large games because they take up the space of like 5 games. I have a hard drive for the limited space.
