It’s laughable how that ana, soldier and zen didn’t die. Soldier runs into the ult and still doesn’t get punished for it via death, ana is right next to the ult and only takes like 90 damage and zen just straight up ignores it. Good ult blizzard thank you!
“Confirmed kill on squishies” where are you people at now? This man linked proof of it not being a confirmed kill on two of the slowest supports yet you still insist it stomps zen and ana 
It’s not better in any way. If pharah has even 2 neurons of gamesense, she knows when she has to ult and even if she fails she most likely secures 1 or 2 kills before dying since the dmg is soo high where as doom ult does as much dmg as torb hammer and instantly dies.
Doom ult i’ve always found disappointing unless paired with another ult. if you holt onto it and pair it with either grav or flux it can be pretty brutal
Grav is a hit or miss considering one shield can negate it all and make it worthless.
oh yeah it’s still going to be situational, wouldn’t recommend it if grav catches Rein
Rein sigma orisa (Zarya to some extent with bubbles) I’d trade in 2 seconds of the air time in ult for more damage 
Not going to lie, as much as I HATE, I mean HATE with a burning passion Doomfist, and most DF players, no offence OP, the only thing that ult is good for is being able to go all in with a get out of jail free card back to your team, I agree completely.
Become a doomfist player, it will change your outlook on him.

I heard 2 suggestions from Samito that work out relatively well. He did a review of chipsa’s rant about doom, which I suggest you check out if u want to understand the logic being used in regards to how doom should be buffed.
- Decrease the landing time of meteor (say 1sec -> .75s for example’s sake)
- this would allow doom to punish targets that moved predictably and prevent people from literally walking out of the center and end up taking 100 or less damage.
- Increase damage based on targets hit, sort of like WB shields. For example, if you solo ult someone, they take the basic damage they do now (300-15 I believe). However, if you hit 3 enemies, they will all take 30 more damage (15 per player beyond 1) than they would given where they were standing. Hitting all 6 enemies with this would increase the ults potential damage to 375-90 as opposed to 300-15, but it relies entirely on the enemies being grouped up.
I mean Dooms ult spray is darn near impossible.

It’s a shame that It doesn’t considering other doomfist abilities do.

Eh how about we leave Doomfist as he is. His mediocre numerical balance at least alleviates the hero’s horrendous fundamental design, until he gets rework which will probably happen soon with OW2.
Do nerf his many existing bugs, though.
