Lucio is better than Zen rn but he’s still a pretty underrated pick.
They both need peel. Then we’d need a peeler in the DPS or Tank slot, with burst and AOE heals, preferably with team speed boost as well to compete with enemy speedboost.
Hmmm… Imagine Brig but with speedboost outside of the support role and that comp would be viable and would just be more skillful but also cancerous version of GOATs.

We’ve already seen Zen Ana multiple times, I want to see some Baptiste pairings, we’ve only ever really seen him meta once.

It’s more so that other supports provide incredible sustain though either raw healing or borderline overpowered abilities.
Zen enables aggressive and divey play, but the ability to heal through loads of damage is something that’s hard to give up for the possibility of a good dive🤷♀️
Wish Zen was meta, but it just goes to show that long lasting fights and high survivability are just superior. Reeeaallly fun meta we’re in.
Dont think it would ever happen. Ana usually works best with Lucio due to his aura giving her the survivability she needs to outlive trash damage. You’ll see her ran sometimes with brig for her aura as well.

Listen idk why you have such a … for Zen Ana meta but it WILL NEVER HAPPEN. Their kits do not compliment each other. At least one of them has to be hard to dive.
Also Zen and Ana have been meta for like 10 seasons and going on ladder? Maybe not together but they have. What does that do for other supports exactly?

The others are super low skill.
Ok so you fetishize their skill level (btw, zen is nowhere near as skill demanding as baptiste)so you want a meta where they are played together. You’re still not explaining the title of the thread. How would a Zen/Ana Meta be great for the supports. It seems like it would just be great for you because it would satisfy some weird skill benchmark you have that affects nobody else.

No, i value player skill and dedication, and it’s actually required on these characters. Unlike other characters. If you want to make it big, you should have to work for it. If you don’t, that’s fine. You could always play in a lower rank.
Because that could potentially raise the standard for support design.
It affects EVERYONE.
It means that player effort and dedication is rewarded instead of being meaningless and optional.
