I’m thinking an “anything goes” button, and then a “2:2:2” button would solve most problems. Especially if they end up in the same queue.

I prefer that idea, with the option of:

• Flex-Flex-Flex-Flex-Flex-Flex
• Flex-Flex-Tank-Tank-Healer-Healer

With the option to also vote to unlock roles, and an autounlock if you have a Leaver.
