You won’t always get the meta picks on the list, more often than not we will see underperforming offmeta heroes banned, because we can’t have the same ones repeating each week or too frequently.
Even besides that, why have 1/8th of the cast banned all the time? In a game that thrives on its different hero choices, you are taking some of that away now yet again.
