When I downloaded Overwatch 2, I could load the game fine but I keep running into placing my login details again even though I already logged in through battle.net. Then once I placed my details it either brings me back to the login screen again or it says the game is unable to verify my information. Does anyone else have this problem also? I want to try getting my old ow account back so I can get my old skins…

Yes, I am having the same issue.
I am logged into Bnet. and I am asked to log into OW2, I do. And then I go into a queue, and then I am asked to log in again after the queue./

Same issue here, no error message, just constant loop of asking me to login.

Same here, support isn’t helping at all… I’ve tried everything. It’s not linked to account, as I have tried multiple acc’s… still the same result. When I try to login on my PS5 it’s just a white screen, not even an option to fill in my information. Even been connected to different networks…
This is the error code I got: “BN-563”
Anybody got a fix?
Guys Ive found the solution, you need a different phone number just change your number and it will be fixed. Note, you might have to try around 2-4 different phone numbers. I just literally used a friends phone number and it worked.
