I dare say that doomfist is the least fun hero this game has to play against. Even MORE unfun than when Junkrat was way OP. Everything he does stuns you, or just kills you.
I know, “he’s hard to play”… That’s not the argument here…
His entire kit ruins the fun for the receiving player.
He needs to be reworked so he’s still viable, but not so stupid and frustrating.
He’s the biggest boom or bust hero. Arguably top 5 in mechanical skill and overall awareness, but because you feel like he’s unfun to play against he should be reworked?
It’s no wonder why every hero suggestion here is taken with the smallest grain of salt.
He’s easily countered by CC. If you’re dying to him a lot and not doing anything about it, then is it really his fault?
No, he’s fine. He might cause you to change out a support or adjust your strategy, but a lot of characters can do that.
Have u heard, that Doomfist have counters? If you’re not switching to a hero that counters Doomfist or a healer that makes it harder for Doomfist to kill them, then that’s your fault. Just like how some guys whined about Junkrat all because u refused to do those 2 things.
Man, I like seeing these “Nerf Doomfist threads” or “Doomfist is unfun to play against” and the op has no time on Doomfist.
You know, I see this happen all most every time I’m playing Doomfist in comp or quick play. After the 1st round a guy on the enemy team sent my a message saying "Doomfist is OP and takes no skill I bet I can destroy your team as Doomfist " I told him this “Go on, play Doomfist I want to see you destroy my team”
I checked his profile and he had 0 time on Doomfist, and during the made 99% of the time he kept getting himself and killed and not getting kills. At then of the match he said “I’m sorry, I take it all back Doomfist isn’t OP” after 2 months I ran into him again and this time he had 87 hours on Doomfist is quick play and now he destroying the enemy team.
So you see play Doomfist for couple hours
Being stunned, and or one shot is not a fun mechanic. Regardless of how hard it is to pull off. The fact that Blizzard has gone down a long road of introducing stun after stun… More CC, more stuns… More One Shots, isn’t good for the game.
My point is valid, whether you want to agree or not. Doomfist has more stun potential than any other hero, and he has a one shot. He’s by far the least fun to play against.

You can validate yourself all you want, you’re just blatantly incorrect in reference to DF.
You could change the topic into “stuns/cc’s introduced”, but you picked one hero, who has many bugs and flaws and easily countered.

Doomfist feels horrible to play against sure but he is either dominating the game because your team wont focus him down or he is just feeding.
