I'm getting the drops from watching OWL but still no OWL tokens ingame

I got 27 drops in twitch after watching most of the OWL matches this week but didn’t get any OWL tokens in Overwatch. I’m from Argentina so I should be able to get the tokens. Anyone else having this problem?
